Claude Code v2.1.251 发布，新增 PreModelSwitch 和 PostModelSwitch 钩子事件，允许在模型切换时拦截、确认或注释。Remote Control 客户端现在可以实时流式查看前台子 agent 的工具调用和结果。新增 /usage 中的支出限制条和 rate_limits.spend_limit 状态行字段。修复了 20 多个 bug，包括文件工具在权限检查后跟随工作目录内的符号链接、插件命令指向目录外路径、以及会话卡在“文本内容块不能为空”错误等问题。
